1. Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that schedule changes happen, but we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in limitations on future online bookings, and walk-in service may be required instead.
2. Punctuality
We offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you expect to be late, please call or text our direct number with your name so we can hold your spot. While we aim to start on time, occasional delays may occur. Please plan your visit accordingly.
3. Age Requirements
Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or provide written consent for spa treatments. For safety reasons, children under 8 years old who are not receiving a service may not remain in the spa.
4. Spa Etiquette
To maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere for everyone, please silence your phone and keep conversations at a low volume during your visit.
5. Gratuities
If you are pleased with your service, gratuities are always appreciated and go directly to your technician.
6. Non-Refundable Services
All services are non-refundable once provided, as the time, products, and expertise have already been dedicated to your appointment.
7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for anyone whose behavior is considered inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive to our staff or guests. Prices are subject to change without notice.
